Our first SEP conferences of the year will be Thursday, October 7th. Thank you for signing up to come meet with your child's teacher to talk about the great things happening in class and set some goals to finish Term 1 out strong. We are excited to announce our PTO Fall Fundraiser running from October 4-21. This year we have a goal of raising $7000 to help students and teachers in a variety of ways at our school. Click here to read all the details and watch for the note coming home! We have prizes for the whole school when we reach $1000, $3000, $5000, and if we make our grand total of $7000 we have a special day of fun planned for our students with the Salem Hills High School student athletes!

These Falcons are at it again! They filled the Falcon Board up again and these hard working students earned a root beer float party. Way to go Falcons!
Third graders in Mrs. Roberts's class are enjoying learning to play the violin this year. They have learned open strings and first-finger notes already.
We are making lots of great choices at Foothills! When students earn a Brag Note they get their name on our Falcon Board. When we fill the board up we hold a drawing for winners to attend a Falcon Party. Here are the latest Falcon Party Winners! These awesome students got to play kickball with Mrs. Stoddard. Keep up the amazing work Falcons!
This week in art class students who finish their art assignment early are participating in our own week of service. Students are writing letting to residents of nursing homes. Sending greetings of Happy Fall Y'all with pictures and happy messages. Some have used paint sticks, smelly markers, and other art supplies to make memorable cards.
We are excited to celebrate our winners of our first Falcon Club drawing of the school year. When students earn a Brag Note for following our SOAR Rules they get their name on the Falcon Club Board. When all 100 squares are full we hold a drawing. This round the winners received a popsicle party! Congratulations to our awesome Falcons for making great choices at school!
