Healthy Habits Week starts tomorrow! Wear ATHLEISURE (lounge clothes like sweatpants or swishy pants, not pajamas) tomorrow to remember that DOWNTIME is IMPORTANT! Downtime allows the adolescent brain time to relax, build relationships with friends, practice creative play and use the imagination- all of which enable healthy mental and physical development.
