Dear Parents of Foothills,
I just want to share three important reminders that were shared with me in the wake of the online, home-learning school.

2. You are Loved
3. Everything will be Okay

Chromebook/Device and Packet Pick Up Changes
Parents,
In an effort to stay ahead of ongoing changes, it will be necessary to make a change in the pick up of Chromebooks/devices and Learning Packets. We will limit the pick up of all items to one day--Wednesday, March 18th following the schedule below.
The procedure for pick up is as follows in order to provide social distancing so please be patient with us as we get everyone taken care of:
1--Chromebooks will be done in the office
Foothills Chromebook Checkout Link
Parents and students,
In meetings today with teachers, it was decided that it would be best for every student to be able to check out the Chromebook they use at school. However, if the device(s) you have available at home are sufficient for your child(ren) to complete their online learning, there is no need for you to fill out the checkout form below.

State issues clarification on K-12 dismissal
State issues clarification on K-12 dismissal SALT LAKE CITY (March 14, 2020) - At a news conference yesterday afternoon, Gov. Gary R. Herbert mentioned that during public school’s two-week dismissal, parents who are unable to be home with children will have the option to bring them to school to be supervised by teachers. This is not the case.
Special Education IEP's
Parents of Special Education students,
All IEP meetings WILL be held during the Dismissal weeks for students receiving services in a self-contained class, Resource or Speech.
Thanks so much,
