2nd Grade students learned the ins and outs of what it takes to be a journalist. Each 2nd grader was able to create their own unique snowman and then got the chance tto sit down with them to have a little chat. They interviewed their snowman and asked questions like what their favorite winter sport or favorite ice cream was. These kids are on their way to a whole new career!

This week we have been showing our great appreciation to our custodial staff and to our awesome lunch ladies for being the Super Heros of the school! Our PTO organized the week with awesome posters, thank you cards, treats and genuine appreciation for the hard work these heroes of our school put in every day!
Mr. Christensen and his custodial staff work hard all day long to keep our school clean and sanitized. Mrs. Minson and her lunch staff work hard preparing breakfast and lunch every day and often serve over 400 lunches a day.
We celebrated our December Falcons of the Month this past week. Our character trait focus for the month was Cooperative and these outstanding students are the standouts for our school in modeling how to be cooperative in everything they do!
