One of our Skills Coaches, Mrs. Erickson, recently won the PEAK Award at the June Nebo School Board Meeting. The PEAK Award is a special award that goes to employees who show Positive Energy And Kindness and go above and beyond in their job. Here is what was said about Mrs. Erickson: “As a skills coach, she has built relationships with the students that need behavior support and is always positive and kind with them. The students know she cares and trust her. Tiffany is proactive and works many extra hours looking for lesson ideas and new ways to help students thrive in their behavior goals. She is willing to help wherever needed--whether it is on recess duty, covering a teacher's class, or making copies. We are so lucky to have Mrs. Erickson at Foothills!”
