Wax Museum

Submitted by corallee.findlay on

The fifth-grade held their annual Wax Museum this November.  There were 108 different people from history!  Students worked hard to research their person, write a paper about them, then write a speech and become their character!  They performed for their family Thursday night and for the school Friday morning!  A wonderful time was had by all!

Sixth-Grade Science Fair

Submitted by corallee.findlay on

On Thursday, November 8th, 2012 Sixth-grade students at Foothills Elementary gathered in the auditorium for the annual Science Fair.  It was a very successful event with all students displaying a project and explaining their experimentation and results to parents and other classes at Foothills.  High School students from Salem Hills were invited to judge the Science Fair and choose participants for the District Science Fair. It was a very informative and fun event.
