Foothills Kindergarten enrollment is Wednesday, March 23rd 8:00-4:00.
If you have a child turning 5 by September 1, 2016 please come to the March enrollment.
Before a child can attend kindergarten in August, the school MUST have the following documents BUT PLEASE COME TO THE MARCH ENROLLMENT REGARDLESS.
1--Record of immunizations
2--Birth Certificate
3--Proof of Residency (For qualifying documents go to http://www.nebo.edu/enrollment)
Please bring any or all items to the March enrollment.
