On October 4th, the fourth-grade classes at Foothills Elementary held their annual Hoe-Down. The fourth-grade classes learned four new dances; one line dance and three partner dances. They also performed well known dances like, The Macarena, The Bunny Hop, and The Chicken Dance.

We had a tremendous turn out from parents and everyone seemed to be having a blast! The students who came all taught their parents each of the three partner dances with the help of Mr. Haskell. Once the steps were learned, the music began, and the students with their parents were all smiles.

Thank you to all the parents who were able to come. A special thanks to the dads who stayed after and helped with the clean-up! It was a great night!
